Nancy has been with Banfield since 2010 and shift lead since 2016. She started her career with Banfield in Utah, but moved back to California where she was born and raised. Nancy takes great satisfaction in being able to help sick animals recover from their injuries or illnesses, and loves seeing a previously sick pet come in fully recovered and happy. It gives her great joy to know she made a difference for them and their pet parent. Nancy received her bachelor's degree in human development from the University of Utah. She also had the opportunity to take part in the Banfield Academy (a program that helps people obtain their RVT license), which she received in 2017. Nancy has a bearded dragon named Billy and would love to own an Australian shepherd some day. She enjoys outdoorsy activities such as hiking and camping, and loves spending free time with family and friends.
