Dr. Amanda Igeta

Dr. Igeta grew up in Hawaii, where her interest in all types of animals was fostered from a very young age. She attended Santa Clara University for her undergraduate degrees in biology and economics, and spent time volunteering with wildlife rehabilitation centers, zoos, and the humane society. Her education continued at Colorado State University where she graduated from the College of Veterinary Medicine and Biomedical Sciences. In her spare time, Dr. Igeta enjoys rediscovering the Bay Area, spending time with her friends and family, and cuddling with her cat, Mochi.
