Dr. Anderson is a 2016 graduate of the University of Minnesota College of Veterinary Medicine. While pursuing her undergraduate degrees in aerospace engineering and physics from the University of Minnesota, she spent summers working with ranching families to take care of their animals, which included cattle, horses, dogs, and cats. While working with ranchers, she realized her passion for taking care of animals and their owners, and decided to pursue a career in veterinary medicine. Her professional interests include surgery, dentistry, reproduction, and behavior. When not in the hospital, she enjoys trying new restaurants, cooking, spending time outdoors with her husband, and volunteering to provide low cost veterinary services on rural communities around the United States, as well as internationally. Dr. Anderson and her husband live with their energetic corgi/border collie mix, Chance, and their two cats, Josephine, a seasoned princess, and Yoshimitzu, a spirited adventurer.
