Dr. Batts graduated from North Carolina State University with a Bachelor of Science in animal science and a degree in Veterinary Medicine from Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine. Although she initially started out in emergency medicine and critical care, her true passion in preventive care and medicine led her to join the Banfield team in January 2013. She has truly enjoyed getting to know her clients and her patients and getting to make a difference in their lives. Bella, her five-year old “Coconut Retriever”, is the “island dog” she rescued/adopted from St. Kitts several ago. They love to go on car rides exploring the city and two to four mile walks through Cincinnati’s great parks. She also enjoys scuba diving, traveling and spending quality time with friends.
