Care Knows No Boundaries Grants
Our Care Knows No Boundaries (CKNB) grants enable veterinarians and certified veterinary technicians to remove the barriers that keep pets from receiving much-needed care.
Any veterinarian or certified veterinary technician within any Mars business segment in the United States is eligible to apply for funding to assist with travel expenses in the form of a CKNB grant. This grant enables global volunteer work that supports Mars Petcare’s purpose of A Better World for Pets.
PLEASE NOTE: Applications will be reviewed within 7 days and notification on the status on the application will be determined within that time frame. Additionally, if required materials are not included, your application will not be considered for funding.
Safer Together Grants
Our Safer Together Grant provides funding to pet-friendly domestic violence shelters, animal shelters, boarding facilities or foster care systems in order to help with veterinary care, temporary boarding, behavior training and funding of dedicated animal care positions in support of pets of domestic violence victims. Funding can be awarded to the domestic violence shelter or to a non-profit housing the pets which has a formal established relationship with at least one non-profit domestic violence shelter.
We strongly encourage nonprofit organization leaders to contact us to discuss eligibility requirements before applying.
Safer Together Grant application deadlines are March 31 and September 30. Applications should arrive on or before the deadline date to be considered for funding for that cycle.
PLEASE NOTE: If required materials are not included, your application will not be considered for funding.
